Yesterday, Bredhurst Parish Council issued an official ‘letter before action’ to Maidstone Borough Council informing them we are considering bringing a High Court challenge of their decision to approve the local plan, which includes 2000 houses at Lidsing. The letter outlines the legal case for our challenge and MBC have 14 days to respond.
